|Recommended: YesVillage Life — My wife and I have lived in Tower 3 since 2014, and overall we enjoy living in Tower 3. The only objection is the noise from above and outside, and the annoying marijuana odor that comes thru the windows at times. We enjoy the convenience of living in Tower 3, Laundry, Garbage Disposal, and the overall cleanliness there are days we do not venture forth Maintenance staff is very prompt, efficient, and very pleasant, and that we very much appreciate. Thank you.

|Recommended: YesComfortable Living and Great Management at Village at Southgate — I have been living at Village at Southgate since September 2022 and it’s been a great experience. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The property management team is friendly, responsive, and always helpful whenever any issues come up. It’s a comfortable and convenient place to live in Edmonton.

|Recommended: YesWell maintained. Very clean — I've been here almost 2 years and I've never even seen a spider in my apartment. It is very well maintained. My floor is very quiet and respectful neighbors. Considering there is an LRT very close, I still feel very safe here with security checking every often during the nights. I do hope to live here for quite a few more years.
