|Recommended: YesThe Village at Southgate — We have only lived here for less than a year. Everyone we meet is very friendly and helpful . Reception, maintenance staff are all very helpful. Close to Transportation, Southgate Mall. The facility features elevator, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, games room, everything and anything you want to do. Noise level good. Ideal place to live

The location is honestly its biggest selling point—being right across from the Southgate Centre and just a short walk to the LRT station makes commuting to the University of Alberta and downtown incredibly easy.The apartments themselves offer great value for the price. My unit is well-maintained, and the building is surprisingly quiet, which is a major plus. Any time I’ve needed assistance, the management and maintenance teams have been responsive and helpful.

|Recommended: YesOverall, everything is ok however, there is room for improvement — All is normal, however rent price can be lower, the laundry room can be cleaner, and parking stalls should be cleaned of snow and ice more often in the wintertime
